Ellie and Hans have had fun sharing their trick or treating candy.

Elle went into Rick and ria's haunted house.

Johnathan took Elle into the haunted house. He said Karin I love her. I responded I am glad because you are so nice to her.

Elle had a blast at the Halloween Party

Hans was so wiped for all the hours of trick or treating. He slept right through the entire party.
Our Halloween Day started off with carving pumpkins, and trick or treating in our neighborhood. Grandma and Grandpa Barbian came to take the kids around with us. Then we headed to see Great Grandpa at the home. All the seniors were in love with elle and hans. They came and ate all of Great Grandpa's popcorn. Then we headed to trick or treat in Elmhurst. Elle eventually gave up and went back for a nap. Hans and I continued on. As we were heading home, mom came out to find us and figure out what we wanted for dinner. We headed back to the house and Grandma had locked us out. My Grandma has issues now and last week locked her sitter in the basement. You never know what excitement there is going to be. Hans and I continued trick or treating and then we all ate. Then we headed home to Rick and Ria's annual Halloween party. Of the 15 couples, Mark and I were the only ones not in costume because of all of the craziness of the day.

Going through our neighborhood.

Elle sat by Eric and Renee's daughter.

Hans loves his teachers!! They are so nice to him which make me glad because I can never be at any of his events so they fill in for me.

Hans in his school parade showing off costume. Our friends Renee and Eric, from small group, son is right behind Hans. Hans and Gunther are buddies. The teachers separated Hans and his bf Derek into different classes this year because they have to much fun together.

Mark decided he wanted to go to convention in Texas. We decided to go with, and make a little trip out of it. We headed to Memphis, and Mississippi. My mom warned us not to stay in Memphis and I was glad. We went to Graceland, and got to see everything Elvis. Hans got a pair of Elvis sunglasses, and a picture wheel. Then we headed to Texas. Mark worked with Darth Vader (David Prowse) at the convention. Hans and I showed up for the end and Mark had found him a massive bag of vintage He-man toys. It is crazy each figure is worth $30 and he is playing with them. He was in heaven as you can tell by his massive smile.

Hans and Elle got their Halloween Cards from Grandma and Grandpa.
Hans got his first haircut by someone else and was so good. We took him to kid snips in the mall.
